the room included two comfortable double beds. the bathroom contained both a bath and a separate shower enclosure. these resort rooms are located on the ground floor.
the fans provided only offered a moderate level of cooling at night.

The hotel room was spacious with a luxurious ambience. The room was very clean. I particularly enjoyed the hotel pool available for residents. It was much nicer than the spa pool. Staff members were friendly and helpful, addressing all my questions efficiently. I especially appreciated the positive energy and excellent service provided by the staff.

the staff was very friendly. i saw that the hotel had excellent facilities. the restaurants provided access to all hotel facilities.
i found no hand wash in the dispenser when i arrived. i had to ask housekeeping to bring one up. the shower gel dispenser was also empty that same evening.

on arrival, i noticed the room was a bit small. i also noticed some mildew around the bath area. some empty dispensers were still on the wall in the bathroom.

i stayed in a house hotel executive double. the room had plenty of space and included all amenities needed. the bathroom was super clean, it had a bath and a separate shower.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.
